Jenna Kaye is the Founder and CEO of Odyssey Trust Company, a North American transfer agent and trust company based in Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto and Denver, CO. She is also the Co-Founder and Chair of Tetra Trust, Canada’s first regulated crypto custodian, a Co-Founder of Axis Connects, a Calgary-based non-profit committed to increasing diversity on boards and in the c-suite, and a Principal of Icebook Investments, a family-run office that’s focused on early-stage businesses across a wide range of industries including renewable energy, real estate and fertility. Jenna has an MBA/LLB from Dalhousie University and practiced law at a national law firm.

Robert Morton is the Chief Financial Officer and EVP at RFA Bank of Canada, and is the principal and founder of RLM Consulting. With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry — and expertise in new product development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and strategic planning — Robert brings a broad and valuable perspective to Odyssey Trust Company. Prior to RFA Bank, Robert spent 21 years at State Street Bank and three years at Home Capital Group Inc., where he most recently served as the firm’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Nicholas (Nick) Johnson currently sits on a number of private boards after retiring as Vice Chairman, Co-Head of Investment Banking, at Stifel Nicolaus Canada in 2022. Mr. Johnson was the Head of Energy Investment Banking at GMP FirstEnergy prior to the firm being acquired by Stifel in 2019. During his 27 year tenure he worked on over 250 Canadian and International financing, advisory, merger and acquisition assignments representing over $100B of activity. He was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2011 and was ranked as one of the top 100 Investment Bankers in the world in 2008 and 2009 by Brendan Wood International. Mr. Johnson currently sits on the board of the Calgary Humane Society and was on the board of directors for the Calgary United Way from 2011 to 2015.

Sadiq H. Lalani is the VP and Chief Financial Officer Kelt Exploration Ltd. (TSX:KEL). He has more than 25 years of experience serving as the Chief Financial Officer of publicly-listed issuers. Prior to his position at Kelt, he was the CFO and VP, Finance of Celtic Exploration from 2002 until its sale to ExxonMobil for $3.1 billion in 2013, and the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Triumph Energy Corporation from April 1996 to May 2001. Sadiq was awarded the C-Suite Energy Executive Awards CFO of the Year in 2016.

Scott Saxberg is the CEO and Chairman of Cache Island Resources, a private energy company, and the former CEO and founder of Crescent Point Energy (TSX: CPG)(NYSE:CPG). Scott led Crescent Point’s growth from a $9 million IPO in 2001 to the fourth largest independent Canadian oil and gas company with approximately 175,000 BOEs in 2017. He has been a director of Shelter Bay Energy, Wild Stream Exploration, Bellamont Exploration, Catapult Energy, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) and the Arizona Coyotes. Scott was awarded Saskatchewan’s Oilman of the Year in 2011.

Randy Gregory is the President of Southfork Enterprises Ltd. He served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate and Shareholder Services at Olympia Financial Group Inc. from 2001 to December 12, 2013 and a Director of Olympia Financial Group from 2003 until 2015. Mr. Gregory has over 30 years experience in the corporate services, financial services, investor relations and communications industry. He provided a key management role at Olympia Trust, managing everything from operations to business development. Randy’s extensive background working in many different areas of the corporate services business will be a significant benefit to Odyssey.

Ms. Ferstman is a seasoned public company director with more than 30 years of financial executive management and board expertise. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dundee Corporation, a public investment company, as well as Chief Executive Officer of its capital markets business. Ms. Ferstman is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of DREAM Unlimited (TSX: DRM), Director of ATS Corp (TSX: ATS) and Cogeco Communications Inc. (TSX: CCA). Ms. Ferstman also sits on the Board of SINAI Health.
