Randy Gregory is the President of Southfork Enterprises Ltd. He served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate and Shareholder Services at Olympia Financial Group Inc. from 2001 to December 12, 2013 and a Director of Olympia Financial Group from 2003 until 2015. Mr. Gregory has over 30 years experience in the corporate services, financial services, investor relations and communications industry. He provided a key management role at Olympia Trust, managing everything from operations to business development. Randy's extensive background working in many different areas of the corporate services business will be a significant benefit to Odyssey.
Sadiq H. Lalani is the VP and Chief Financial Officer Kelt Exploration Ltd. (TSX:KEL). He has more than 25 years of experience serving as the Chief Financial Officer of publicly-listed issuers. Prior to his position at Kelt, he was the CFO and VP, Finance of Celtic Exploration from 2002 until its sale to ExxonMobil for $3.1 billion in 2013, and the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Triumph Energy Corporation from April 1996 to May 2001. Sadiq was awarded the C-Suite Energy Executive Awards CFO of the Year in 2016.
Dan Eisner is the CEO of True North Mortgage, a company he founded in 2003. True North Mortgage provides simplified, low-interest mortgages to Canadians with good credit. Dan has expanded TNM throughout Canada, creating offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Halifax and Calgary. Before True North Mortgage, Dan completed his MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business and spent 2 years consulting in the IT industry. Dan is a finalist for E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year (2017).
Scott Saxberg is the CEO and Chairman of Cache Island Resources, a private energy company, and the former CEO and founder of Crescent Point Energy (TSX: CPG)(NYSE:CPG). Scott led Crescent Point’s growth from a $9 million IPO in 2001 to the fourth largest independent Canadian oil and gas company with approximately 175,000 BOEs in 2017. He has been a director of Shelter Bay Energy, Wild Stream Exploration, Bellamont Exploration, Catapult Energy, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) and the Arizona Coyotes. Scott was awarded Saskatchewan’s Oilman of the Year in 2011.
Nicholas (Nick) Johnson is Vice Chairman, Co-Head of Energy Investment Banking at GMP FirstEnergy and a member of GMP's Executive Committee. During his 18 year tenure with the predecessor firm to GMP FirstEnergy, Mr. Johnson has worked on over 200 Canadian and International financing, advisory, merger and acquisition assignments representing over $27.5 billion of activity. Mr. Johnson holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, was recognized as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 in 2011, and was ranked as one of the top 100 Investment Bankers in the world in 2008 and 2009 by Brendan Wood International. Mr. Johnson sits on the board of directors for the Calgary United Way.
Jenna Kaye is CEO and founder of Odyssey Trust Company, an independent corporate services firm with offices in Calgary and Vancouver. She is also the CEO and founder of Corporate Diversity Consultants, which provides corporate governance, compliance and executive recruiting to publicly-listed issuers. Jenna has an MBA/LLB and previously practiced in the Securities and Capital Markets group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Calgary.
Robert Morton is the Chief Financial Officer and EVP at RFA Bank of Canada, and is the principal and founder of RLM Consulting. With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry — and expertise in new product development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and strategic planning — Robert brings a broad and valuable perspective to Odyssey Trust Company. Prior to RFA Bank, Robert spent 21 years at State Street Bank and three years at Home Capital Group Inc., where he most recently served as the firm’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
