How it Works
Odyssey's Medallion Guarantee stamp warrants that, at the time of signing:
- the signature was genuine;
- the signer was an appropriate person to endorse;
- and the signer had legal capacity to sign.
Fees
- $150 per transaction stamped under USD$1.5M
- $125 review of legal documents, where applicable
It is Odyssey’s policy that, in order to transfer registered securities, certificates must be signed and “Medallion Guaranteed” by a North American bank, broker, investment dealer or other institution under an acceptable STAMP, SEMP, or MSP Medallion Signature Guarantee program
