Mr. May is the former Chief Executive Officer of Equiniti Trust Company. He is a demonstrated cross-functional leader with exceptional communication and people skills, adept at building and mentoring high-performing teams that achieve individual and organizational goals. He specializes in creating processes and procedures that increase revenues, decrease costs, improve productivity, and drive profitability. He has a proven ability to align strategy with sales and operational initiatives, and goals. Mr. May is committed to the highest standard of professional excellence and client service.

Ms. Paulson has 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 23 years in the transfer agent industry. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President of Relationship Management at Equiniti Trust Company. She has a strong background in client relationship management, IPOs, complex corporate actions, American depositary receipts, and cross-border transactions. Ms. Paulson leads Odyssey Transfer’s growing U.S.-based team, ensuring a deep commitment to serving Odyssey Transfer’s clients and their shareholders.

Mr. Trauber brings more than 35 years of financial, economic, and leadership experience to the table. A recent retiree of Citi, Mr. Trauber served as Vice Chairman and Global Co-Head of Natural Resources and Clean Energy Transition and served on the senior executive and operating committee of the global investment and corporate bank. Mr. Trauber has served as financial advisor on over $700 billion of Global Energy and Clean Energy Transition transactions, which include many of the most significant M&A and financing transactions throughout all of the energy subsectors. Additionally, Mr. Trauber has worked with and served as lead financier for many of the industry’s IPOs as well as both equity and debt capital markets transactions in the past 34 years.

Ms. Harris is a former Business Execution Director in Corporate and Investment Banking at Wells Fargo. She is an experienced strategist and operational risk management leader with 30+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. She brings a deep understanding of operations, risk management, compliance, auditing and policy management with success executing transformational solutions that achieve business objectives.

Mr. Mitchell is the former President of Crescent Point Energy US Corp. (TSX, NYSE: CPG). He has over 15 years’ experience as a business executive and results oriented leader. His expertise is in fast paced, growth oriented, people centric organizations that need leadership and operational guidance. He has served in roles as President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President that developed skilled teams while leveraging technology and practical business acumen.

Ms. Bogart is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Secretary and Corporate Responsibility of Winnebago Industries. Ms. Bogart is an accomplished business executive with broad experience in strategic growth transformation, corporate governance, risk management, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Her career is marked with roles of progressing scope, complexity, and responsibility. She is known for partnering with Boards and senior management to achieve long term goals. She has boardroom experience in both private and public companies. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of XPEL, Inc., a global leader in the paint and coatings protection industry and publicly traded on Nasdaq.
