New America Acquisition I Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to pursue a future business combination with one or more operating companies. The company’s units began trading on the NYSE on December 4, 2025, following the pricing of its IPO at $10.00 per unit. The offering included 34.5 million units after the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option and officially closed on December 5, 2025, raising $345 million in gross proceeds. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant. The proceeds have been deposited into a trust account to support a future transaction.

With its IPO now complete, New America is seeking acquisition opportunities across U.S.-based manufacturing, infrastructure, and innovation-driven sectors, with a focus on businesses positioned for long-term growth.
