The meeting, held between Australis Capital Inc. (“AUSA”) and a group of Concerned Shareholders, ultimately led to a group of director nominees, put forward by the Concerned Shareholders, being appointed to the Board of Directors of AUSA with each garnering more than 95% of votes in favour. The parties involved understood that there may be challenges in conducting a dissident virtual meeting, but due to the robust nature of Lumi’s interactive platform, and Odyssey’s ability to leverage technology, the process for the meeting was seamless.
