FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Odyssey is a full-service transfer agent and trust company with offices across Canada and the US, and Co-agents in London, Hong Kong and Australia. We’re here to make things simple, fast and easy for our clients and their shareholders.

If you hold your shares in your own name, they are now held at Odyssey Trust Company. We have opened an account in your name.

If your shares were held under a brokerage account, they remain with your broker.

You do not need to get a new share certificate if you already have one. Your current share certificate is still valid, and will be accepted. If you wish to have an updated statement of holdings, or if you are looking to deposit your shares with a broker, you can reach out to Odyssey to have an updated statement provided. Please visit: contact.odysseytrust.com, and click on: I am A registered shareholder or the holder of other Securities, Account Information, and ‘Request a copy of my DRS statement or confirm security holdings.’
